Over the nearly seven decades of its existence, the Mossad has cultivated its image as a daring, all-powerful intelligence agency for which no ‘mission impossible’ exists. For the first time, WJFF-alum Duki Dror (Shadow in Baghdad, Partner with the Enemy) offers a peak behind the Mossad’s nearly impenetrable history, coaxing illuminating interviews out of 24 former spy-chiefs and operatives who detail their clandestine operations, ethical struggles, and the personal price paid in service of their nation. Weaving archival footage with these personal accounts, the scintillating documentary explores not only the past, but also offers a steely-eyed look at current challenges faced by Israel.
