Have you ever played Cat’s Cradle? Then you’ve played a string game! String Games are used by many Native communities to illustrate stories, teach about the constellations, develop weaving skills and just to have fun. Visitors are invited to learn about different designs such as the Tipi, Kiowa Star and Navajo Drum. Participants will be able to take their string home with instructions for other figures to practice.

Free tickets may be required; see Activity Center staff. Recommended age: 5+
