Kitchen 101: Knife Skills
Join Chef Wendi as she teaches the essentials of knife skills for beginners. Learn the techniques of proper knife selection, care, basic cuts and proper form. This intimate class of 10 students will help take you to the next level in your cooking skills. Materials will be provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their favorite knife.
Products used are all vegetarian. A minimum of 4 people is required for this class to occur. Registrants will be notified if the minimum is not met.
