“I very much enjoyed this course, benefitted from it, and learned a lot. The professionals that came in to work with us were uniformly talented, thoughtful, kind, and supportive.” Rehearse, and perform in staged readings at Washington Stage Guild, with professional directors and actors and students playing substantial roles. Issues explored in the class include expectations in professional work, how to make strong acting choices within a compressed schedule, and the demands of staged readings. This session focuses on modern interpretations of drama and mythology of the Greeks. Thurs 7-10pm, Sat 1:30-5:30pm, Tues 6:30-10pm.
