When traveling the world, sometimes the best meals are found in the streets – from food trucks, carts and stalls. Chef Mark Haskell will take you on a tour of the back alleys and busy streets of faraway countries. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to balance flavors and use the fabulous products and cooking procedures of Southeast Asia – Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam. 

Menu includes:

Crispy Rice Flour Crepes with Shrimp with Fresh Herbs

Seared, Pepper-Crusted Pork and Beef with Citrus Tamarind Sauce;

Fish in Green Coconut Curry, Cooked in a Banana Leaf
