The National Christmas Tree lights turn on at approximately 4:30pm and turn off promptly at 10:00 pm Sunday-Thursday and 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Nightly music and dance performances take place on the Ellipse stage December 11-15 and December 17-22. These 30 minute performances are open to the public.
