Official website

Join the National Postal Museum for November's Lunchtime Experience featuring philatelist Judd Proctor. This presentation will highlight postage stamps honoring key members of the LGBTQ community and the sites associated with them.

A retired elementary school teacher, Judd Proctor was born in Richmond, Virginia. He moved to Silver Spring, MD in 2014. In 2005, with the assistance of his husband, Brian, Judd launched “The Rainbow Minute” – a minute-long radio segment about LGBTQ heroes, history and culture. They have produced over 2,000 episodes. Originally produced for WRIR in Richmond, many episodes have been aired in California and around the world through syndication.
