Dumbarton Oaks

Dumbarton Oaks Museum, Research Library and Collection is the legacy of Robert and Mildred Woods Bliss to Harvard University and to the humanities.
The Dumbarton Oaks Museum is known for its specialized collections of Byzantine and Pre-Columbian art. Dumbarton also presents a season of music, lectures and talks and special exhibitions.


Open Tuesday through Sunday, except federal holidays and in hazardous conditions.
Museum is Free.

Garden Admission. Regular Season (March 15–October 31)

$10 Regular
$8 Military (with valid ID)

$5 Students and Children (ages 2–12)
Free for Harvard faculty, students, and staff (with Harvard photo ID)
